Service Description
In our 1:1 sessions, we focus on the emotional and nervous-system roots of stuttering, not just speech itself. Using EFT tapping, nervous system regulation, subconscious reprogramming, and gentle emotional release, I help you release fear, anxiety, shame, and past experiences stored in your voice and body over 6 - 12 individual sessions. Your nervous system will learn that it is safe to speak, with natural fluency being achieved.
